Carestream wins Canadian DRX-1 install

Carestream Health has won an installation of seven of its Carestream DRX-1 detectors at an Ontario, Canada, radiology group, the company said.

Georgian Radiology Consultants of Barrie installed the units at each of its six imaging clinics, which serve a community of 360,000. The purchase is part of the group's conversion to an all-digital workflow, according to Carestream.

Carestream distributor BCL X-Ray Canada sold and installed the systems, Carestream said.
