Carestream nets W.Va. installs

Carestream Health has installed seven Carestream DRX-1 digital radiography systems and four Carestream DRX-Mobile retrofit kits in the radiology department at West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown.

The systems were purchased from Centura X-Ray of Cleveland, Carestream said.

West Virginia University Hospitals conducted 134,000 imaging exams in 2011 and expects modest increases in the coming years, according to the company.
