Agfa HealthCare has won a contract with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto for its DX-D 500n dual cesium detector direct radiography (DR) system.

DX-D 500n is a versatile DR system that can be tailored to the specific diagnostic needs of any facility, according to Agfa. It offers workflow improvements that help maximize the time technologists spend with patients, and the system provides faster exam time due to its ability to accommodate nearly any imaging exam and to provide immediate image preview, the company said.
