RadmediX wins DR contract in Mexico

RadmediX has won a contract to supply a hospital in Cancún, Mexico, with its Acuity wireless flat-panel digital radiography (DR) system.

Acuity is the first wireless DR unit to be installed in Hospital General de Cancún Jesús Kumate Rodríguez, according to the firm. The hospital is part of a new center of care intended to serve patients from five municipalities: Benito Juárez, Isla Mujeres, Lázaro Cárdenas, Solidaridad, and Tulum.

The company's Mexican distributor is SIYS Medical in Mérida, RadmediX said.
