Agfa wins Canadian DR contract

Agfa HealthCare has won a contract with a Canadian hospital for its ceiling-suspended digital radiography (DR) system with ZeroForce technology.

Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto has installed the DR 600 device. ZeroForce technology allows for smooth movements of the tube head, wall stand, and table in different directions, and the system also includes the company's Musica image processing software, Agfa said.
