Canon offers new DR products at RSNA 2015

Digital imaging firm Canon USA and its Virtual Imaging subsidiary plan to highlight their new digital radiography (DR) products at RSNA 2015.

The debuts include the addition of a new mobile device to Virtual Imaging RadPro mobile digital x-ray systems powered by Canon DR technology.

Canon noted the following highlights for its RSNA booth:

  • The RadPro Omnera 400A autopositioning DR system and the 400T DR system, which feature tracking capabilities and advanced applications and integration with select Canon CXDI digital detectors
  • The RadPro 4-kW portable DR system, which enables previewing of images within three to five seconds with 125-micron pixel resolution, and features its own power source
  • The RadPro Delinia 200 digital x-ray acquisition cart, which comes equipped with a computer, access point, touchscreen monitor, detector holder, and choice of Canon CXDI-801C, CXDI- 701C, or CXDI-401C wireless flat-panel DR detectors
