Carestream Health has installed three Carestream DRX-1 detectors at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo, TX.

The detectors are being used in existing portable and room-based x-ray units in the 250-bed hospital's trauma center, intensive care unit, and surgical suites, according to the vendor.
