Image Wisely releases 4th radiation safety case

Image Wisely has released the fourth radiation safety case in its series of online educational offerings.

The new case -- titled Technical Errors and Imaging Quality in Digital Radiography -- is designed to help radiologists, imaging technologists, and medical physicists assess their understanding of radiation safety concepts, including dose monitoring and optimization.

The free, online, mobile-compatible educational series is being developed with the assistance of the American College of Radiology (ACR).

The fourth case offers a total of 0.5 American Medical Association (AMA) Physician's Recognition Award (PRA) Category 1 credits, 0.5 Medical Physics Continuing Education Credits (MPCEC), and 0.5 Category A credits from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
