Toshiba installs 1st RadRex-i Wireless DR unit

Toshiba America Medical Systems has delivered its first RadRex-i Wireless digital radiography (DR) system.

Jameson Hospital in New Castle, PA, received the system, which features a cableless 14 x 17-inch flat-panel digital detector, according to the vendor. It also includes Toshiba's RexSpeed technology and RexView image preview capability.

The institution also acquired an Aquilion Premium CT scanner, Toshiba said.
