Carestream Health has completed the installation of eight Carestream DRX digital radiography (DR) systems at San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland, CA.

Four Carestream DRX-1 systems were placed in existing x-ray rooms and four Carestream DRX-Mobile retrofit kits were used to upgrade portable systems and convert from computed to digital radiography.

The portable systems are used for bedside imaging in the emergency room, intensive care unit, surgical suites, and inpatient rooms at the 279-bed acute-care hospital.
