Ultrasound acoustic measurement and testing firm Acertara Acoustic Laboratories has reached a milestone, having tested more than 75,000 ultrasound probes.
The company's Acertara/Sonora probe testing devices, which include FirstCall, Aureon, Active-Z, and the Nickel, are used in more than 600 hospitals in the U.S. and Europe, according to the company.
Acertara said it recently launched two new probe testing devices, AmpSafe and Advantage.
