Medical equipment manufacturer Mindray Medical International experienced a small bump in net revenues for its second quarter (end-June 30).
Net revenues reached $336 million for the period (end-June 3), up from $334 million from the same period last year. However, net income dropped from $60 million to $41 million in the quarter.
In the Medical Imaging Systems segment, net revenue increased 4.4% from a year ago to $88 million, contributing 26.2% to total net revenues in the second quarter of 2015. The firm said it expects its full-year 2015 net revenues to grow by a low-single-digit percentage over its full-year 2014 net revenues.
