Healthcare information systems developer QuadraMed said that it has seen a 33% increase in healthcare information management (HIM) contracts for its Quantim HIM products in its fiscal 2006 third quarter (end-September 30).
The Quantim HIM product suite is an integrated Web-based platform that includes abstracting, coding, compliance, record management, and electronic document management (EDM) products that are electronic health record (EHR)-compliant, according to the company.
The Reston, VA-based firm reported that it sold 29 contracts during the period, a more than one-third increase when compared with the 21 contracts sold in the same quarter of fiscal 2005.
