IHE adds to Cardiology Technical Framework

The Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) initiative has published two Cardiology Technical Framework volumes and five new supplements.

The two Technical Framework volumes are Volume 1 (CARD TF-1): Integration Profiles and Volume 2 (CARD TF-2): Transactions.

The following are new supplements for trial implementation:

  • Displayable Reports (DRPT)
  • Evidence Documents Profile, Cardiology Options: Stress Testing and CT/MR Angiography (ED)
  • Image-Enabled Office (IEO)
  • Resting ECG Workflow (REWF)
  • Stress Testing Workflow (STRESS)

The documents are available for download.
