MedQuist wins NJ contract

MedQuist Holdings, the parent company of speech recognition and transcription technology provider MedQuist, has won a contract with a New Jersey hospital to provide computer-assisted coding technology and outsourced coding services.

Cooper University Hospital in Camden will install MedQuist's CodeRunner technology platform, which includes automatic chart assignment and automatic quality assurance, according to MedQuist.
