Accusoft upgrades Barcode Xpress SDK

Image compression software developer Accusoft has added new features to its Barcode Xpress software development kit (SDK).

Enhancements include read performance and accuracy improvements for several barcode types and prevention of false positives that can occur under certain circumstances, Accusoft said.

Barcode Xpress allows developers to integrate 1D or 2D barcode recognition with minimal lines of code, so applications can detect and read up to 32 and write up to 16 different 1D and 2D barcodes.
