eHealth, OptumInsight awarded NY contract

Medical record services provider eHealth Global Technologies and OptumInsight will implement a medical image exchange service for regional health information organization HealtheLink.

Powered by OptumInsight's Axolotl image exchange technology, the new service is designed to give HealtheLink providers secure access to diagnostic-quality radiology and cardiology images, according to the companies. HealtheLink serves eight counties of western New York.
