Nautilus updates DicomRay software

PACS accessories developer Nautilus Medical of Barrington, IL, has released new versions of its DicomRay DICOM CD/DVD writer.

The two new versions are DeskRay and DeskRaySR+, which include support for structured reports and data importing. DeskRaySR+ is designed to be used in physician offices, emergency rooms, operating rooms, and clinics that need to burn DICOM-compliant CDs retrieved from PACS networks, or in situations where a DICOM node is required without the expense of additional hardware.

DeskRay burns DICOM part 10 disks with or without a viewer for use in review, exchange, or sneaker-net environments.
