Picis names Cruz as CFO

Healthcare information systems firm Picis of Wakefield, MA, has appointed Melissa Cruz as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO).

Cruz most recently served as CFO at BladeLogic, a provider of data center automation technology.

The company also announced that CFO R. Scott Lentz has become senior vice president of business development to handle strategic corporate development and business alliances.

Both appointments are effective immediately.
