Agfa HealthCare has signed a contract to install its Enterprise Imaging software at UMass Memorial Health Care in Massachusetts.
The health system will be able consolidate hardware, storage, and software, and using Enterprise Imaging allows clinicians to access, use, and collaborate on all imaging data they need, no matter where they are practicing, according to Agfa. UMass Memorial Health Care consists of four hospitals and a physician practice of more than 1,700 doctors.
The installation, which begins this fall and is planned to be fully operational at the end of 2017, consists of the following:
- Enterprise Imaging for Cardiology
- Enterprise Imaging for Radiology
- Enterprise Imaging Vendor-Neutral Archive (VNA)
- Enterprise Imaging Exchange
- Web-based Xero universal image viewer
- Enterprise Imaging Business Intelligence
