ADS touts successful EMRdirect test

Radiology IT provider Advanced Data Systems (ADS) announced that its radiology report package, EMRdirect, has been successfully tested.

EMRdirect delivers finalized reports through ADS' MedicsRIS software to any referring physician's electronic medical record (EMR) without an HL7 interface, ADS said. The company plans to further test the package at select MedicsRIS sites in April and May, and ADS expects to release it in June of this year.
