Former Merge Healthcare CEO Justin Dearborn has been appointed CEO of Tribune Publishing of Chicago.
Dearborn led Merge through a period of growth until its acquisition by IBM in October 2015 for $1 billion, according to the publishing firm. Merge was integrated into IBM's Watson Health division.
Tribune Publishing is a media and marketing company with more than 11 daily print titles and 60 digital properties, including the Los Angeles Times, the company said.
