Carestream Health has tapped Joseph Ruh as general counsel and corporate secretary.
Ruh has more than 30 years of corporate legal experience, most recently serving as deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary for Carestream. In his new role, Ruh will head Carestream's worldwide legal organization and will be a member of the firm's senior executive leadership team, according to the vendor.
