Radiology management and interpretation services firm Imaging Advantage (IA) has acquired RIS/PACS developer Brit Systems.
Brit will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Imaging Advantage, providing the company with PACS, workstations, and teleradiology offerings and a development team to support and enhance IA's operations, Brit said. Imaging Advantage will provide Brit with a market for its tools, as well as workflow expertise and access to study volumes for stress testing.
