Sectra wins New Zealand contract

Healthcare IT firm Sectra has won a contract to provide a PACS and vendor-neutral archive for New Zealand's national breast screening program.

New Zealand's BreastScreen Aotearoa program is establishing a centralized PACS that can store and transmit digital mammography images, according to Sectra. The eight facilities perform approximately 250,000 screening exams per year.
