PACS vendor RamSoft has formed a partnership with speech recognition and transcription technology developer M*Modal.
Under the deal, RamSoft has integrated M*Modal's Speech Understanding technology into its PowerServer RIS/PACS, PACS, and Tele Plus systems. It works with RamSoft's embedded reporting tools such as structured reports as well as custom templates created by end users, RamSoft said.
