Sterigenics closes on Nordion acquisition

Sterigenics International said it has completed its acquisition of Canadian radioisotope firm Nordion for $826 million.

Nordion will remain headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, and will continue to operate under the Nordion name as a standalone business within Sterigenics.
