Spectral Molecular nets $4M in financing

Cascade Technologies and wholly owned subsidiary Spectral Molecular Imaging have signed an agreement for $4 million in financing.

The financing, which comes from a New York-based investment firm, is designed to help the company with the development and testing strategy for its first product, SkinSpect, for the early noninvasive detection of melanoma.
