Czernin to take over as JNM editor in chief

Dr. Johannes Czernin has been named the next editor in chief of the Journal of Nuclear Medicine.

Czernin currently serves as chief of the Ahmanson Translational Imaging Division in the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology. He also is co-director of the Cancer Molecular Imaging Program at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Before taking over, Czernin will work with the current editor in chief, Dr. Dominique Delbeke, PhD, during a six-month transition period that will begin in July.
