SNMMI meeting attendance dips slightly

The Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) said that more than 5,700 physicians, technologists, physicists, scientists, and exhibitors were on hand at its annual meeting this week in Vancouver.

The attendance was down slightly from the more than 6,300 people who attended the meeting in 2012 in Miami Beach, FL. The 2013 meeting featured more than 110 continuing education sessions, more than 2,000 scientific papers and posters, and 150 exhibiting companies, according to SNMMI.

The 2014 annual meeting will be held June 7 to 11 in St. Louis.
