IBA revenue dips in Q1 2013

Radiopharmaceutical provider Ion Beam Applications (IBA) saw a decrease in its first-quarter revenue, which it attributed to a low conversion rate of its existing backlog.

For the quarter, IBA reported revenues of $58.9 million, down 13.9% compared to the same period last year. The quarter's net loss was $54.7 million, compared with $103 million for the same period in 2012.
