Healthcare benefits management company HealthHelp of Houston has been acquired by business management firm WNS Limited.
WNS expects the $95 million purchase to contribute $2.3 million in revenue to its bottom line for the fiscal year ending March 31, and to be immediately accretive to earnings.
HealthHelp provides benefits management across several healthcare areas, including radiology, cardiology, oncology, sleep care, orthopedics, and pain management. Its services are based on a proprietary clinical decision-support technology platform called Consult, WNS said.
