The American College of Radiology's (ACR) Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI) is launching its new Leadership Accelerator Series of online educational courses.
The comprehensive 12-week program combines live, cohort-based webinars led by radiology experts with relevant articles, practical case studies, online modules, moderated discussion forums, and self-paced study.
The goal is to help radiologists and allied professionals achieve the following:
- Understand economic principles affecting healthcare financing and physician compensation
- Harness a diverse, complex array of goals and visions of their practices
- Develop communication skills for more effective clinical and nonclinical leadership
- Nurture relationships with hospital and medical staff to ensure stability
Participants who complete the series will earn the RLI level II leadership proficiency certificate.
