Workers compensation services provider One Call Care Management has acquired imaging provider MedFocus Radiology Network.
MedFocus markets radiology cost containment services to insurance carriers, third-party administrators, self-insured employers, unions, and state government bodies that provide worker's compensation and group health insurance, according to One Call. It manages the delivery and scheduling of imaging services through its network of contracted imaging providers and electromyography programs.
The companies did not disclose the terms of the deal.
