The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) has unveiled a new online educational series that aims to teach healthcare professionals effective management skills.
Called Leadership Essentials, the interactive series introduces key strategies for success in healthcare leadership positions, according to the organization. The 10 modules cover topics such as the fundamentals of supervision, improving communication, leading efficient teams, performance coaching, employment law, accreditation and regulations, quality standards, budgeting, and project management, ASRT said.
Radiologic technologists can earn continuing education (CE) credit for each module, and participants who successfully complete all modules will earn 11 CE credits, ASRT said.
