The American College of Radiology (ACR) Foundation has commenced a national fundraising campaign called Leading Radiology Into the Future.
The ACR Foundation seeks to raise $5 million during phase I of the campaign, with all proceeds going toward the further development and strengthening of the Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI). To date, the foundation has already raised $2.9 million toward its goal. Contributions will be used for the following:
- Program development, including customized leadership programs with business schools, professional development companies, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs
- Technology development, including investment in state-of-the-art technology infrastructure to support RLI initiatives
- Cultivating new leaders and future program enhancements, including awarding scholarships to assist RLI participants in the early stages of their careers and offering a variety of mentoring opportunities
