CapMed+ buys Lighthouse Medical Imaging

Imaging equipment financing company CapMed+ has purchased Lighthouse Medical Imaging, a Miami-based independent service organization for PET/CT, CT, and MR equipment.

The deal enables CapMed+ to expand its ability to provide enhanced service and repair offerings to clients in Lighthouse's market in the southeast U.S., according to the firm. Customers in that area will be able to bundle service agreements into equipment purchases made from any approved CapMed+ equipment dealer, according to the firm.
