BC Technical acquires imaging service company

Medical imaging equipment provider BC Technical has acquired diagnostic imaging service company Legacy Medical Imaging.

Legacy Medical Imaging, headquartered in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, services CT and MR systems throughout the U.S. The acquisition will give BC Technical more highly experienced engineers in the field, allowing it to provide advanced technical support to its customer base and strengthen its capabilities within these modalities, the firm said.
