Toshiba installs 1st Aquilion RXL scanner

Toshiba America Medical Systems announced it has delivered its first Aquilion RXL CT scanner in the U.S.

The Iowa Clinic in West Des Moines, IA, received the 16-detector-row, 32-slice scanner, which includes Toshiba's adaptive iterative dose reduction (AIDR) 3D technology, according to the vendor.
