Teleradiology services provider Virtual Radiologic (vRad) has purchased Diagnostic Imaging, a Pennsylvania- and New Jersey-based radiology practice.
While it will join the vRad Radiology Alliance, the practice will continue to operate under its own name and retain local physician leadership, according to vRad. Diagnostic Imaging is a 60-radiologist practice serving 16 hospitals and imaging centers in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey metropolitan areas.
