VuCOMP lands Canadian nod for M-Vu Breast Density

Computer-aided detection (CAD) software developer VuCOMP said that its Health Canada Medical Device License has been amended to include the firm's M-Vu Breast Density software for calculating and assessing breast density on mammograms.

The amendment provides clearance for VuCOMP to sell and market M-Vu Breast Density throughout Canada, according to the vendor.
