Calgary Scientific adds VP for services

Advanced visualization software developer Calgary Scientific has hired Daniel Bankert as vice president of services.

Bankert will head all pre- and postsales service teams, including support, professional services, consulting services, and training services, according to the vendor. He comes to Calgary Scientific after serving in a variety of leadership and technical roles at EMC, PeopleSoft, Lockheed Martin, NetSuite, and Nortel Networks.
