Corindus brings CorPath coronary intervention to MGH

Cardiac cath lab technology developer Corindus Vascular Robotics has installed its first CorPath robotic-assisted percutaneous coronary intervention system at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).

MGH has now launched a CorPath coronary intervention program, enabling interventional cardiologists to perform percutaneous coronary interventions while sitting in the system's radiation-shielded control cockpit, Corindus said.
