IDC named preferred DR vendor in Alberta

Canadian digital radiography (DR) vendor Imaging Dynamics of Calgary, Alberta, has been named the preferred digital radiography system provider in the East Central and Northern Lights Health regions of Alberta.

IDC has already received orders for three DR systems under the designation, the company reported. An Xplorer 2200 dual-detector system has been installed at St. Joseph's General Hospital in Vegreville, and another has been ordered for Northern Lights Regional Health Centre in Fort McMurray. An Xplorer 1600 is on its way to the community health center in LaCrete.
