Zonare unveils new z.one ultra system

Ultrasound developer Zonare Medical Systems of Mountain View, CA, has debuted the new z.one ultra system, the next generation in Zone Sonography technology for its convertible ultrasound platform.

The z.one ultra system features advanced software with applications such as Auto-Dop Trace, which automatically traces the spectral Doppler waveform, and offers a 19-inch screen mounted on an articulating arm, allowing for 90° wide-angle viewing with 1280 x 1024-pixel resolution.

The unveiling came at the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) conference this week in Seattle.
