Medison ends court receivership

The management of Korean ultrasound vendor Medison has regained independent control of the company after a four-year court receivership.

The Seoul-based company plans to be more aggressive in marketing and sales in the international market, expanding its current position in ob/gyn imaging and by introducing SonoAce X4, a high-end system for the grayscale ultrasound market.
