NAI, TomTec join forces

DICOM connectivity provider NAI Tech Products and ultrasound image management and visualization technology developer TomTec Imaging Systems have signed a strategic technical services agreement.

Under the terms of the deal, NAI of Auburn, CA, will become the U.S. technical support service provider for TomTec, which is based in Unterschleissheim, Germany. NAI said it would expand its existing technical support center to provide onsite installation, clinical applications, and postinstallation clinical and technical support services from its Auburn call center.

NAI will also be providing in-warranty and after-warranty product support for previously installed TomTec products, according to the firm.
