IHE publishes new supplements

The Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) Radiology Technical Committee has published five new technical framework supplements for trial implementation.

The supplements -- Cross-enterprise Document Sharing for Imaging (XDS-I.b), Basic Image Review (BIR), Extensions to the Portable Data for Imaging (PDI) Integration Profile, MR Diffusion Imaging (MDI), and CT/MR Perfusion Imaging with Contrast (PIC) -- will be used for testing at IHE Connectathons in 2010, according to the organization.
