GE shows new Centricity product

GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., is rolling out its new Centricity Enterprise Orders and Pharmacy.

The new application is designed to integrate computerized physician order entry, pharmacy verification and dispensing, and nursing documentation in consolidated workflows across areas of care.

The application features customizable order sets and embedded real-time clinical decision support to reduce preventable medical errors and the turnaround time for medication orders.
