GE Healthcare has reached a milestone with its InSiteExC remote connection package, according to the Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.-based vendor.
The company has installed its 10,000th InSiteExC package with one of its Logiq e ultrasound units at Shoals Surgical Group in Sheffield, AL.
InSiteExC offers GE customers access to automated resolution of service and applications issues, delivering assistance for equipment repair and clinical applications support, according to GE. The package is integrated into other GE products, including ultrasound units and Lunar bone mineral densitometry equipment.
